Marco Limena has developed his career in leading technology corporations and growth-oriented businesses, focusing on B2B software. With a unique international experience, he spent one third of his career in Europe and two thirds in the USA managing global organizations.

Marco spent 5 years at Microsoft in Redmond, as Vice President of the Hosting & Cloud Providers business where he was responsible for the global B2B commercial operations of the company’s cloud services through the partners ecosystem. Prior to Microsoft Marco spent 14 years at HP, during which time he held several roles including Vice President of HP’s Telecoms solutions business based in Palo Alto.

Marco has extensive experience working with leading Private Equity firms such as Vista Equity Partners and Nordic Capital where he has held multiple CEO positions overseeing M&A transactions on both buy and sell side. Marco has been Non-Executive Board Director in private and public companies.

After five years at KPMG as an IT consultant and auditor, Etienne Causse joined Groupe SEB in 2011. Today, he is Head of Technology in the Finance Transformation department and is responsible for the group’s FP&A systems. 

Since 2016, Group SEB has implemented more than 10 different models with the Board Intelligent Planning Platform to tackle various topics in the finance function. From short-term forecasting to long-term strategic planning and reporting, Groupe SEB continues to find new use cases for Board.  

Aside from EPM requirements, the team is also building a finance data lake to support process analysis through data and operational KPI building across multiple systems. More generally, the team supports the data and technology needs of finance community members across the entire group.
